Complaint About Poor Service I purchased this ring a year and a half ago, and recently the stone came loose. I went to the store to have it repaired, and was shocked by the extremely high repair cost. On top of that, the staff was rude and unprofessional. They claimed the stone had come loose due to a hard impact, which is completely untrue. I take great care of my jewelry, and there was no such incident. I’m very disappointed with both the quality of the product and the way I was treated. I expected better service and accountability.
My ring lasted about a year before the center diamond fell off. I take really good care of all of my rings and disappointed in the quality of this shop. Would not purchase from here again.
