They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle. You can tell they take pride in their work and actually care about their customers. Pricing was fair and the turnaround time was faster than expected. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends and family. 5 stars all the way!
Eric is very honest and informative. Very efficient and works fast. I wish I would have known about his shop sooner to have car issues worked on. Also being a female a trip to the mechanic can be intimidating, but I didn't feel that at his shop.
I just purchased a Dodge Ram 1500. Was referred to La Mesa Automotive by a tire chain. I wasn't disappointed. I prefer small shops rather than dealers when referred. More heart and honesty and skin in the game. This is a great shop. Invoiced as estimated and on time, and quality shop, quality staff. Highly recommend. My highest recommendation for automotive service. Had a car dropped off on a flat bed after engine temp warning. They diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and came in early and under estimate. All the while keeping me informed. Great service and quality work. This is the 5 th vehicle they have serviced for me and won’t be the last. Update: Car had bad vibration and loss of power (felt like transmission slippage). They diagnosed the issue and called me. Honest and upfront. We didn’t need a transmission, our fix was MUCH more affordable!! Thanks again guys!! I am sure we will be back!
