About
Landau is listed on FindALoco in Las Vegas, NV with address, phone, website, hours, and map location. Common services and related keywords include Jewelry Store.
Landau is a jewelry store located at the Rio, 3700 W Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, Nevada 89103. Its setting inside the Rio makes it a convenient stop for visitors already at the property and for people looking for a jewelry shop in Las Vegas, NV. The available listing identifies the business as a jewelry retailer, but does not provide a catalog, product specifications, or details about services such as repairs, custom design, or appraisals. For those needs, contact the store directly and confirm what it offers before making a special trip.
Landau is listed as open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and closed on Sunday. Since hours and retail policies can change, checking the current schedule before visiting is sensible, particularly if you are planning around a trip to the Rio. The listing does not identify specific signature collections, materials, or price ranges, so customers shopping for a particular type of jewelry may want to ask about available pieces, metal content, stone grading, and the total price before deciding.
Customer feedback in the available reviews is notably critical: the business has a 1.5-star rating based on eight reviews. Reviewers describe concerns involving product descriptions, pricing at checkout, the quality and value of jewelry, staff interactions, and the terms attached to sale purchases. One reviewer says they were unable to return an item bought on sale, while others report that the final amount differed from an earlier quote or that the materials did not match what they understood they were purchasing. These are individual customer accounts, not independently verified findings, but they are important context for anyone considering a purchase.
A careful visit may be most useful for shoppers who can inspect an item in person and are comfortable asking detailed questions before paying. For a significant purchase, request the exact metal and stone descriptions in writing, confirm whether a stone is lab-grown or another material, and ask for the full price, applicable taxes, and return or exchange terms before completing the transaction. Read the receipt and any sale conditions, and keep copies of written product details. If a piece is described using terms such as gold, white gold, or diamond, clarify precisely what those terms mean for that specific item rather than relying on a general description.
Landau’s location inside the Rio is straightforward for visitors seeking a jewelry store on the property, and its posted schedule provides regular weekday and Saturday shopping hours. At the same time, the low rating and recurring concerns in customer reviews suggest taking time to verify product details and policies. Shoppers comparing jewelry options in Las Vegas may find it helpful to compare materials and prices elsewhere as well. This description reflects the available business information and customer feedback; it does not make claims about inventory or service quality beyond those details.

Tourist trap that sells insanely expensive costume jewelry as real jewelry. My husband thought he was buying me a nice pair of lab diamond earrings, turns out they're not even cubic zirconium. We can't return them because they were on sale. The whole store was on sale because you can't return items on sale, according to company policy. Apparently associates are known to lie about this.
Quoted $89 then during time to pay was interrupted by another customer asking to see items that Anna H pulled out for her while processing my purchase to then tell me $107 was my total which I paid only to walk off and realize wait a minute …
Absolutely junk. I've seen it at Hubby Lobby for a quarter of the price. And the Asian lady working is rude and acts like she can't be bothered. STAY AWAY. It's in the Rio and other casinos around town.
My husband bought me a ring from the place in the Gold Coast, Las Vagas, December 2016. He was told it was white old with a gold inlay. He knew it was a mosinite stone, but was lied to about the metal. In September of 2017 while working outside a board hit my ring and smashed it and the stone fell out. I took it to a local jewler and was then told it was silver. I got it back on our way back to the NFR and again, December 2017. Literally did nothing but regular wear in 2 days it was misshapen again. My husband approached them about it and they made every excuse not to make it right in anyway. He paid quite about of money for it.
Lady refused to show me a bracelet that looked masculine saying it was for women ....and was rude in her insistence and unwillingness to open case. Unbelievable.
