Horrible customer service. Rude. Dishonest. There are too many other great options in Dallas. Take your business elsewhere.
I needed a battery change and a small hand fixed on a nice wristwatch. The lady at the desk went back into their work station, and I was able to watch her replace the battery in about 10 minutes. The hand was fixed overnight, and I was able to pick up my watch the next day. It only cost 32 dollars, which was a very pleasant surprise. They also have a friendly little dachshund that roams throughout the store. He's well behaved, and I think it's funny that such a high-end store would have a cute little mascot.
I brought in two (2) bracelets, each needing a safety chain added, on Nov 17. I was told the repairs would take a week to 10 days. I went back on Nov 29 and they weren't ready. Then I went back last week and was told they'd be ready, and they weren't. On Dec. 8, the gold one was ready ($45 for a 2-inch gold safety chain) so I wore it out. I was told the silver one would be ready on Dec. 11. I went there to pick up the silver one and was told the soldering was too hot and damaged the magnetic clasp, that they would repair it at their expense. Today, Dec 13, I went to pick it up and the 2-inch silver chain was on, and too short to go over my wrist, and the magnetic clasp was broken (not closing magnetically anymore.) There was no remorse, no professional came out to explain or apologize, no one offered to make it right. I will not return here nor recommend them. 👎🏻
Craig Lawrence always takes care of me every time I’m in there. Anything I need done I take to him and he figures out a way, even on a limited timeframe.
Jordan did a great job designing the ring layout and cutting the stone used for the engagement ring I purchased from them. Would recommend them to anyone! Great family business with people who care!
