I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience working with Ashley that I felt I had to. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and just genuinely enjoyable to work with. From the start, she has a warm approach that makes you feel less like you’re shopping and more like you’re just chatting with a friend. What really stood out to me was her eye for jewelry. You can tell she has an artist’s sensibility in the way she thinks about color, balance, and tones. The way she explained different pieces and how they work together made the whole experience feel much more thoughtful and intentional. She also had a great idea for how to get the most out of the pieces I was considering, and her ability to think outside the box really shows how skilled she is at what she does. The whole experience felt easy, engaging, and honestly just fun. I’m really glad I got to work with her and would absolutely recommend asking for Ashley if you’re visiting.

I aim to go into watch stores in every place I travel to, and I have become all too accustomed to rude sales associates and arbitrary rules like no photography, not taking pieces out of the case, and not allowing try-ons. My experience here was just the opposite. The employees were super enthusiastic and personable, and were very accommodating of try-ons, photography, and even videography. I was only in Boston for a few days, but I ended up visiting the boutique twice because it was such a lovely experience and the collection of used timepieces was so nice. Truly a wonderful place full of wonderful people!
