Magic Nails

Nancy did such an amazing job on my acrylic fill that it felt like a brand new set! She took so much dedicated time on my cuticles and making sure that every detail was pristine. She also gave me future discounts for pedicure and manicure! So amazing and sweet.

I love Magic Nails and have been coming here for almost a year now! The salon is beautiful and well maintained. It’s very clean and the employees are the sweetest! Nancy is my favorite she always does an amazing job and leaves me feeling pampered and happy! These guys are the real deal!

Keep in mind this is a fill.. my base sets shape was great so not much work needed, just clean up. Starting out she for no apparent reason wipes a random spot on both my hands with what I think is acetone … no where near my nails. Then she says she’s a bit hot (air in there was blaring) and turns the fan to her… right before she start removing my polish.. polish pieces proceed to fly all over me. Immediately I stop her and advise her to turn the fan away while she’s removing the polish. She giggles like the behavior is funny. Then she proceeds to attempt to rush through my nails and I had to pause her and say if she doesn’t have the time I can leave. She says not it’s fine, then fumbles through fixing one of my nails getting glue all over me. The glue is then followed up with polish… Ohh! did I mention she started out with 62 dollars fee, and then bumbled it to 75 after I corrected here throughout the experience. I should have just left

I had a great first experience at Magic Nails. My nail tech is sick and I tried them out. A was wonderful, gentle, and attention detail was great for me. He’s a young man who knows what he’s doing. I would definitely have him do my nails again. I highly recommend him!

The woman that did my pedicure did a great job! I got a gel pedicure and asked for a regular manicure. She kept pushing a gel manicure. Telling me how long it lasts and that it’s better. I know the difference and don’t need an explanation. With the manicure by the second coat it was bubbled and streaky. I asked the tech to please remove it because I didn’t like it and three times she asked me what’s wrong? Are you okay? I told her I was fine and that I didn’t like it. I showed the tech working on my feet and she said it’s alright we’ll have her remove it. Then the one who attempted my manicure tried to get someone else to do it and I declined. I was asked if I was okay again. Explained that I was fine and declined the manicure again. Then when it came time to pay the third girl who the manicure tech tried to get to take over my manicure is the one who rang me up and she still tried to charge me for a manicure! When I asked her why I was being charged she said didn’t you get a manicure?! No and you were standing there when I said no thank you! I won’t be returning to this location. It was unprofessional. Again the woman who did my pedicure did great and I believe she went by Hanny. But the other two women ruined the experience and I won’t be returning again. I’ve also never paid $75 for a gel pedicure before. I’m used to spending $60 and saw no difference in quality of service but that price tag is another reason I won’t return
