They have a pretty awesome menu, but charge premium prices for very not premium food. The yellowtail jaw was good, but it was over cooked and should have been much better. The chutoro was extremely oxidized - I have never in my life been served chutoro that was so brown. If they cut prices by 50%, I would give more stars. For this price, I will eat elsewhere.

Had the teriyaki chicken and cold soba noodles. Teriyaki chicken was very good. Nice amount of chicken and very good sauce and side salad. Small issue I had with mine was the slightly burnt taste on the chicken. The soba noodles were super tasty too. Sauce was very good.

I’ve been coming to this hidden gem for years, and this review is overdue. Sushi is always very fresh. Kiso (white fish) tempura is very delicious. My other favorites are okonomiyaki, kumamoto (raw) oysters, grilled eel, and yellowtail and scallion roll.

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and it’s been consistently excellent every time. Tonight Tao brought out my Chirashi Deluxe and made sure I knew the boat had two floors. Good thing too, because I was busy trying to figure out …

One of my top local restaurants. It is a small but adorable place and the staff is always attentive and very friendly. Highlights include the incredible Nabeyaki Udon noodle soup. Served in a clay pot with the tastiest broth ever. The kisu tempura is lovely and I have loved the sushi I have tried as well.
