Came here on a Saturday for a gel mani and I’m very satisfied with the final result - exactly as I asked for, sheer pink with chrome finish. Perfect for a spring wedding! The whole thing took 30 minutes tops which is great - and on top of that, she was very diligent and delicate with my nails. The staff working there are also great and super friendly! Very welcoming and accommodating. Will definitely come back soon!

I would not recommend this salon based on my recent experience. I paid $75 for a Gel-X manicure and unfortunately left with uneven, grown-out-looking nails that did not sit toight against the nailbed, even after I politely asked the technician to make adjustments. The nail sizes selected did not fit properly, and they were applied with excessive pressure, causing them to angle in different directions. I asked the technician to file them to fix the crooked nails, but he argued with me that they were not crooked. The technician also did not clean up my cuticles or ask me to wash the nail dust from my hands before applying cuticle oil, which left an unpleasant, gritty feeling. After only three days, several nails have already started to lift. Overall, I don’t feel that the quality of the service matched the price. Other salons in the Potrero Hill area offer a much higher standard of work at a more reasonable cost.

The place is lovely and the manicure itself was ok but I showed a picture of beautiful light, pink chrome manicure and left with disco ball, glitter silver nails. I'll probably give them another shot, but I'm incredibly embarrassed with what I'm left walking around with over the next few weeks. I did try to express that the colors didn't match in any way after the first nail was painted and both the technician and the man at the front desk told me that it was the exact same as the picture I'll leave pictures below so you can see what I'm talking about.

Meh. I always book a deluxe pedicure to get the max chill time & top notch service for my specific needs, yet I felt rushed out after 30 min of service here- unlike anywhere else I have gone. I wear heels and Hike often, so I am very prone to hang nails; I get pedicures every three weeks. I am not good at getting the hang nails out as I cause myself to bleed & cause infection & my pedicure person here did the exact same thing to me, painfully, & I have been in pain ever since I left on Sunday. It’s not typical for me to experience this at other salons. Additionally, my nail polish has been wearing off since then; I felt very rushed- like not much attention to detail was taken. Since deluxe pedicures cost considerably more, I feel like I was allowed to let my toes dry longer than my service was actually completed. I heard wonderful things about this place and I was very sad for the experience that I had. It was a Sunday and it was not that busy, so I’m not sure why my service was rushed through so quickly. My toes have hurt a lot Over the last week and now I have to repay myself. I just wanted to share my experience so that hopefully this doesn’t happen to another person.
