⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I highly recommend Manisha Jewelers — hands down one of the best Indian jewelry shops in the Bay Area. Before you shop anywhere else, please try them first. Their collection is beautiful, the quality is excellent, and the pricing is very fair compared to other stores. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and truly focused on customer satisfaction. You won’t be disappointed — much better deals and an overall great experience.

To buy gold bars, I first called their store and after asking the price, I went to their store. After entering, I was treated badly by an Indian woman. I didn't understand why. Anyway, I didn't care and asked for two gold bars and they brought me two gold bars made by the Pamp Company. I took out my bank card to pay, but suddenly they told me that since it was gold bars, I had to pay in cash. No matter how much I insisted on paying with my card, it was no use, and they asked for cash. Because I was busy and only had time that day, I had to comply with their request. I left the store with regret and went to the bank, asked for cash, received it, and returned to their store with the money. It took me a long time and I was in traffic for a long time. I was again treated badly by the same lady, for which I had no idea why. They brought me the gold bar and I paid the cash. And I received the gold bars and I looked surprised because they hadn't given me the receipt. I was surprised and asked why you didn't give me the receipt. They said we don't give receipts. We don't give anyone a receipt for selling gold bars. I was surprised and said that such a thing was impossible because I had bought gold bars from another place before and had experience buying gold bars and had received a receipt. No matter how much I insisted, it was no use. They didn't give me a receipt, and I had to return the gold bars, get my money back, and leave. It was my first time having such an experience and I was very upset because it took me a lot of time and I ended up leaving their shop empty-handed. They were different and strange people that I had never experienced before. I am 40 years old and have lived in 5 different countries and can speak 5 different languages. I wanted to share my experience with you people so that you can get to know them and know who you are dealing with. On the other hand, I hope that the regulatory bodies can also go to their shops inconspicuously and test them and see why they do not give customers a receipt for selling gold bars, why it is not possible to pay with a card, and why we must pay in cash to buy gold bars.

Extremely disappointing experience at this Store. It seems the store is now under new management with completely new staff, and unfortunately the level of customer service has dropped significantly. From the moment I walked in, there was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and not even a basic smile from the staff. Several employees were standing together chatting among themselves in their own South Indian language instead of paying attention to customers. They appeared more interested in their conversation than doing their job. At certain moments they were laughing while looking toward customers, which felt very uncomfortable and highly unprofessional. In a retail environment, basic courtesy and attentiveness should be the minimum expectation, but that was completely missing during my visit. Customers should not feel ignored or unwelcome while staff members are busy having personal conversations. After waiting for quite some time without any assistance, a North Indian lady finally stepped in and helped me find the model I was looking for. She was the only person who showed professionalism and actually cared about helping a customer. Without her help, I probably would have walked out of the store. Overall, this was a very poor experience. The management seriously needs to train their staff on customer service and professionalism. Ignoring customers while chatting among themselves creates a very negative impression and is not how a retail store should operate.
