Mariloff Diamonds & Fine Jewelry

I contracted with Mariloff Diamonds and Fine Jewelry to re-create a family heirloom piece that had been stolen. A precious diamond and sapphire men’s ring that was over 100 years old disappeared about six years ago after a car accident. I did not have any pictures of the ring so I had to use AI to help re-create a similar image. I took those design images to Rachael Dugan at Mariloff, and with the assistance of the owner, Rafi, we are able to re-create a modern version of the same ring. I cannot be more excited with the final creation. The Mariloff Diamond team Was very accepting of my changes and design critique. It is everything I wanted and then some. Not a single thing I would change. Once we picked out the Diamond, the ring design and creation process took about 2 1/2 months. I highly recommend Rachael and Mariloff Diamonds for your fine jewelry needs.

I highly recommend Mariloff Diamonds. I searched Google for the best jewelry store in Dallas, and they were the top non-sponsored result. After my experience, it's easy to see why. I called on a Monday morning and spoke with Rachael Dugan. She was able to accommodate my tight timeline and get me in the same day. I had already done my homework on pricing, and comparing apples to apples, Mariloff had the best prices, bar none. The engagement ring they created for my fiancée is absolutely stunning, and they completed it much faster than I expected without sacrificing quality or service. When I picked up the ring, Rachael also pointed out several great Christmas gift ideas that fit my budget without any pressure. That level of customer service really stood out. If you're shopping for an engagement ring, wedding bands, anniversary gifts, or fine jewelry, do yourself a favor and make an appointment at Mariloff. I'm grateful I found them and will be back for all of my future jewelry purchases.

OMG! 5 STARS SALES AND SERVICES. Jim and Rafi helped me with the design of my new ring . It was much MORE then I ever believed are expected. I cried when I seen the actual finished Ring. It was DROP DOWN GORGEROUS!!!. FROM Jim and all the lady's in the office always so cheerful and Happy and always so helpful, I have the most FUN time walking in doors and picking out the stones and designing my ring. (playing the air guitar 🎸. ) I love those people. I'll be back!!!!

After a frustrating experience with another jeweler who resized my ring three times and still couldn't get it right, I decided to try Mariloff. What a difference! They were able to fix the issues and finally get my ring fitting exactly the way I wanted. Marc was fantastic to work with — knowledgeable, patient, and clearly cares about getting things right. I really appreciated the attention to detail. Highly recommend Mariloff if you want a jeweler who actually knows what they're doing

If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. Despite purchasing my wedding ring here and referring numerous friends and family members, I've consistently felt undervalued as a customer. Every visit, I've been passed off to another sales associate-even when I scheduled an appointment directly with one. What makes this even more frustrating is that my wedding band has broken four times. Rather than standing behind their product and prioritizing a loyal customer relationship, I was expected to pay for the repairs myself. While $150 isn't a huge amount, after years of purchases, referrals, and repeated issues with the ring, I would have expected better customer care. This experience has shown me that loyalty means very little here. If you're looking for a one-time purchase, this may be the place for you. If you want a jeweler that values long-term relationships and service after the sale, I would recommend Diamonds Direct or Eisenmann instead. I won't be returning or referring anyone else.
