This place has higher quality and lower prices than Uwajimaya. I miss eating in Japan and I'm only thankful for the food they have here. Even have a food truck out front! I was excited to see my favorite cooling foot patches here.

If you’re a Seattleite, you know about Maruta Shoten in Georgetown. They have the best California Rolls in Seattle and if you go during their Happy Hour at 5pm, it’s 50% off. If I come during the lunch time, I also love to get a Chinese Deli Combo at their Hot Foods Bar. Make sure you pick up some Chicken Wings and Croquettes. And if you go on other side, you can do all your grocery shopping and find all your Asian ingredients. They have an extensive ramen aisle as well as sauces. The staff are so nice here and I love talking to everyone at the Hot Foods area. This is one of my favorite grocery stores and I always stop in when I’m in Georgetown.

This was my first time stopping by this little market, and I’m honestly impressed. I came during the lunch rush, so most of the pre-made sushi was already gone — which is a good sign. I grabbed some sashimi and a salmon poke bowl instead, and both were spot on. Portions were generous, prices were super reasonable, and every bite tasted fresh. No complaints at all. 10/10 — I’d happily make this my everyday lunch spot.

Used to come in here three times a week at least for their hot Deli. The prices are now outrageous. Sadly I will not be returning. Most of my co-workers have said the same thing. Sad that the mom and pop Vibes gone. Greed pure and simple. I hope the extra money makes up for all the Lost customers. Combo used to be $8.99. Now it is $13.99. That is a 45% increase in price all at once. You can get way bigger portions for the same price almost anywhere in town. No longer a good deal

Closed on Sunday but makes up for it in every way the rest of the week. Hot case and fresh poke and sushi amongst other options are the best and most tasty options!! The variety and friendliness is what keeps me coming back!
