Sign in to reviewI've been going to Car Service La Mesa (now Max Auto Service) for the past 4 years. They're honest and I trust them fully with my beloved '01 Grand Marquis. They've always found the answer to any issues with the car. Their explanations are thorough, and pricing is straightforward. I feel comfortable following their recommendations. Overall, it's been an enjoyable experience interacting with them, and to feel the peace of mind keeping up on maintenance. 10/10, would recommend.
We've been using Car Service La Mesa for 3 years now since we move to East county. The shop is easier to get in and out of, the service is reasonably priced for most of the maintenance that we've done with our two vehicles. Maria is great, she touch base on what needs to be done, give a rough estimate on pricing, and explain the process. She sometimes do a little freebies when both vehicles happens to be in the shop at the same time. I think this little gesture is what I like the most about this place; they recognize the burden of their customers and helps out in a way that both parties feel good.
I’ve been coming to Car Service La Mesa for a couple years, and have always had a good experience. Their customer service is friendly, attentive and professional. From brakes to shocks, tune up, transmission service - whatever your vehicle needs, Car service La Mesa can handle it. Their prices are reasonable, and most service/repairs are done in one day.
Max Auto Service is my "go to" auto shop. Their service/work is done in a timely manner, they communicate throughout the time my car is in the shop, and Roger and Maria are aways friendly. I feel their prices are fair and I happily recommend them.
If you’re smart you will have your cars serviced here. These are the most professional and honest people I have ever dealt with. I have all my car services completed here. Maria and her husband run this family business with much pride and respect to all customers. There’s an old expression “ You’ve tried the rest now Now try the best” There’s no better place than this
