A Vietnamese Brunch Experience!! Just tried Café Memoirs, and it was such a fun take on Vietnamese-inspired fusion! We originally came for their famous pandan waffles, but they were sold out. Instead, we ordered the Chicken & Waffles with their sesame waffles—and honestly, it was a delicious surprise! We paired it with a Café Muối (Vietnamese salted cream coffee), and the combination was spot on. We also tried the Pork Belly Sando with a refreshing Soda Chanh (Vietnamese lemonade), which balanced the rich flavors perfectly. For dessert, we had their cinnamon roll (not pictured), and it's an absolute must-order. The icing is incredibly good—rich, creamy, and worth saving room for. A creative Vietnamese twist on classic comfort food. If you're looking for something a little different, Café Memoirs is definitely worth a visit!

i Had a perfect experience here. I visited on a weekday morning, so it was too busy and the staff working were the absolute kindest to me and my partner: helping us order, making sure we were confortable with the temperature, and recommending customized drinks. I also really loved their gluten free donuts which were a treat too. Highly recommend visiting and also ordering the Shrimp Omelette which is one of my favorite meals of my trip.
