New review. See added information. I learned I am not the only person to lose respect for this company. The delivery service is great. I am a high risk senior. Everyone I have talked to there is knowledgeable and helpful. New review I am 70 years old. I usually get prescriptions delivered on or around the 3rd of each month. Nothing came. I called. This is blood pressure meds. After how many years I was told today my health insurance didn't cover the prescription? Ten days later with no arthritis meds or blood pressure meds!

It would had been 5 stars if I was able to speak with a live staff to request my refills. It would also be nice to give a grace period of the time in that day your medication would be delivered. Communication is very important and brings better business to customers.

Unnecessarily rude, not surprised they have so many bad reviews

If it were up to me id give g this place 0 stars. I never receive my medication on time.... Even medications that have to be takenon time otherwise you have body physical effects like getting period although the whole reason you take the meds is to prevent getting a period, but midtown never communicates nor even comes to my direct apartment. They sometimes randomly call at. 11@m or 6, 7, even 8 at night on a random day after I called them for a week straight leaving all my info and telling them I'm. Out of medication etc and tell me to come 5 stories down to get my meds that usually are never all there. It's just been a horrible hassle dealing with these very immature people who treat people conditions like a joke. My dr even eliminated a script cause I was drinking alcohol regularly and the side effects are possibility of life taking seiUres... They kept including them in my bubble packs for two months after my dr took them off my script. I've been chasing them down to get my meds from there and the driver has them now but I can come back and get them after 4pm, I had my dr transfer my script just so I can actually get my meds on time when I need them not a month later . I hate this place wouldn't suggest it not even for animmals

LOVE this pharmacy. The staff is knowledgeable as well as courteous. Always willing to help resolve any problems. Plus the delivery service is excellent. I no longer need to stress about how to get my meds. And yes, the gentleman who delivers does not speak English. So what? He understands English quite well and is always willing to throw my meds over my fence if I’m not available. Plus he’s a nice guy, even if a little shy.
