What a cute and fantastic store. Thao, the manager at the desk, was amazing and super helpful. She assisted me in picking out the correct polish for what I wanted and chose some stunning colors for my nails. I can't wait to try it on!! This may very well be my favorite store ❤️
I discovered this salon supply store through a Google search when I realized I had forgotten a product during a nail travel day. It was the closest option available. The store appeared very new and clean. A young lady was working at the time; she kept a close eye on me, which felt slightly uncomfortable at first, but I soon realized she was just trying to be helpful. She was indeed helpful and kind. If this store weren't so far from my location, I would definitely add it to my regular list of places to visit. Highly recommend!
Well, I want to share that here they don’t exchange or return any products once you buy them. Let me explain what happened to me: I asked for a gallon to disinfect the products in my beauty salon, but they gave me an acrylic product instead. Even though they normally don’t do exchanges, the guy helped me and switched it for more products. I recommend always making sure of what you’re buying, because losing money or ending up with products you don’t need is not a good experience.
I come here often and every time I come, they’re out of everything! They never restock polishes or powders. When they first opened, they were well stocked and close to my house, but as time has gone on, they never have what I need. I’ve asked when they’ll restock and they never know. I always leave irritated and empty handed. I probably won’t be circling back again. Save your time and go to Nails Plus in Richardson where the selection is always up to date and they keep items in stock!
The owner was always nice and friendly. They had a lot of variety of polishes at good price. They gave you a deal if you bought many at once. They can also special order if they don't have it in stock for you. Such a convenient location as well.
