Sign in to reviewI usually don’t write reviews, but this time is very much needed. The staff was amazing, they deserve a 5 stars for that but….. my manicure lasted less than a week!! One of the nails completely peeled, the other ones chipped, the cuticles are uneven, plus the person that was doing my toes, cut my skin and my toe kept bleeding (see pictures below), they didn’t even file the dead skin out of my feet. I paid $60 for a very very poor mani-pedi. In inner sunset you pay half of the price for way better service. I came here because of the great reviews but unfortunately I won’t be coming back.
Love this place! I’ve come here once before, and both times my nails came out perfect. Today Johnny did my manicure and he is incredible! So precise, patient, gentle and communicates to make sure he understands what I want. Highly recommend!
My gel manicure started to lift before the week was over, I was not happy with this. The staff offered to redo it, I opted out and had the gel removed. I didn’t get any compensation for my wasted time, dissatisfaction, and my other raised oversights. I will not return, refer, or recommend anyone patronize this lack lust environment. Mainly due to none following up or making accommodations that had me in mind on either of the two visits concerning my dissatisfaction. Poor Customer Service.
Got my nails done here, and I loved it, I will definitely be back. Service was nice and they did a great job doing the design I wanted Only left four stars because my pedicure chopped once I got home, I'm not sure the woman who did it applied a top coat Other than that, it was wonderful
My appointment appeared to have been overlooked, despite receiving confirmation emails and texts. It felt like the service was rushed, as though someone jumped in to quickly finish it. My cuticle was accidentally cut, causing it to bleed, and the polish was applied thinly, leaving it see-through. The last time I visited, I was made to wait about 30 minutes because no one was available, even though I had a scheduled appointment. It’s unclear why to make online appointments and receive confirmations if no one is ready when you come.
