Was able to get a last minute manicure and pedicure appointment on a Saturday afternoon. Quynh and her staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. I showed Quynh my nail inspo and she thoroughly executed! I’m very happy with how they turned out and I thought it was very reasonably priced.

Did a walk in for gel x extensions — the manicurist did a clean job meticulously painting. I also had a bumpy DIY gel polish job she removed without damaging my nail plate. Super happy with her craft and will be back again! If you’re looking for design, I recommend booking an appt in advance.

Love this place. My last gel manicure from them lasted 4 weeks without any chipping. Probably could have gone even longer but my nail beds grew out and I needed a refresh. Got the Cat eye today and it didn’t disappoint. They put a lot of time and effort into the cuticles which I appreciate.

I've been to Nail Art SF one other time/was pretty happy with the result. Unfortunately my recent experience was SO BAD I no longer recommend anyone return! Made an appointment for a 7pm "classic manicure" hoping to get my gel polish taken off and a regular polish put on. My appointment was confirmed the day before and day of. I was asked multiple times to switch to gel, which I did not want again. The store then started closing around 7:15pm. Wish my appointment wasn't confirmed as I had no idea closing time was 7:30pm. My nails were filed unevenly. Before the regular polish was even on I was asked "If I have the money" which was so insulting! I was then forced to pay before the polish was even on, which wasn't my experience last time at all. I'm under the impression I was made to pay midway through because the nail tech knew they weren't going to try very hard / wanted to ensure I paid for a bad manicure regardless. Again, I've never experienced this before nor have I been asked if I have the money to pay for it as if not wanting gel had to do with the money and not me just preferring to take a break from a gel polish. The regular polish was put on so badly / did not have time to dry as I was rushed out. I ended up scraping the still very wet polish off once I got home because of how awful it looked. This was a big waste of time and I truly cannot believe how bad of an experience this was.
