National Jewelry Center

Today, my family visited National Jewelry Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, located on Business Lane. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. While waiting to be assisted, several employees treated them disrespectfully, displayed inappropriate behavior, and essentially forced them to leave the store despite being customers. In my opinion, there was a complete lack of professionalism, along with comments and attitudes that were offensive and unacceptable. I attempted to resolve the situation respectfully by calling the store and asking to speak with a manager or supervisor. The person who answered the phone, identifying herself as Brenda, initially appeared indifferent and acted as though she could not hear or understand what I was explaining. When I informed her that I intended to contact corporate to file a formal complaint, she suddenly tried to address the issue. However, by that point, the situation had already been handled in a highly unprofessional manner. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. No one should feel humiliated or mistreated when visiting a business. I hope management and the individuals responsible for this company review what happened, properly train their staff, and take the necessary steps to ensure that other customers do not have to go through a similar experience. Based on my family's experience, I cannot recommend this establishment.

Melissa was very friendly, helpful and patient. She took her time and showed me various pieces and even collected my contact information for when future inventory arrives that matches exactly what I am looking for. Will be back!

Melissa was my sales person/pawn broker she was amazing very polite and professional and knowledgeable, she did the best she could to meet my every need and i Will only go back to her for that reason thank you soo much Melissa!!

Great experience and a good selection of men's and woman's jewelry. Inventory is always changing so it's worth checking back often. Staci was very nice and didn't pressure or rush us. My new favorite jewelry place.
