not professional , I entered the shop they looked me up and down ; were extremely rude did not greet me . I feel it was racial , I didn’t even stay a spend money I left completely .
Improve your customer service. Walked in here yesterday looking for extensions, and the lady told me the hair I needed was at the back on the wall. I proceeded to the back and searched, but couldn’t find what I needed, so I went back to ask for her help. She impatiently walked around and pointed out where it was (which by the way was not at the back on the wall) and gave me a look like I wasn’t trying to find it. Great customer service is giving your clients what they want without it being a bother to you at 9 AM in the morning.
I do not recall the cashiers name but my daughter and I came in with a list of things to buy. She was nice and helpful. She did move around the store a lot, but I just made a habit of placing everything we got on the counter to grab more things. She jokingly said I’m not following you around the store I’m just so tired and ready to go home and trying to stay awake. I took no offense because she was sweet and conversational with us. She asked were we close and I told her we came from Frisco. And she thanked us for coming to the store but she isn’t the owner. She gave me my stylist discount and sent me with a few goodies. Third time there and I will go back. The other time it was an older gentleman and he was nice and helpful and suggested some other products.
Sarah is so sweet! She always takes care of me and they have the best products and always have deals! I would recommend all women of color coming here if you wanna find what you need! Great place of business! I drive all the way from Dallas JUST for the customer service.
