Co Thuy and the ladies at Ngoc Quang really helped make the whole ring buying process easy and honestly fun. They helped my fiancé pick out a ring that fit my style perfect. Extremely upfront about prices, and easily the cheapest in all of Phuoc loc tho. We went to almost all the other stores and they weren't even close to what Ngoc Quang was asking for. Customer service is amazing, they really take the time to make sure you're happy with what your looking for, and know how to recommend things based off your preference. I also had to get my ring resized, they did it the day of in probably under 30 minutes and you couldn't even tell. They also make sure to test the ring in front of me to put aside any unease, I didn't even have to ask them. We bought both my engagement ring and wedding band here at a great price. Highly recommend this store for any jewelry needs! They have earned a life-time customer!
I want to give this jewelry place more than 5 stars. Ms. Thu is nice and very helpful,. She is patiently helped us to select many designs to choose for my daughter. She is a jewelry expert with many years in this field. The owner and the employees are very friendly and kind. There are lots of jewelry.to choose at this store with up to date designs for all ages. The price is very reasonable and affordable. I would recommend Ngoc Quang jewelry to evey one. Love this place.
I purchased for my girlfriend a custom made five stone diamond ring. Thuy was very helpful, professional and friendly. Also there is a black smith in house doing the sizing within the same day which is great. I would come back again for my next purchase.
