Me and my daughters came here to get matching anklets and enjoyed the experience. No reservation needed. The customer service was great! We will definitely be back to start our stacks! AND this place was affordable for permanent jewelry!!

Amazing experience! Visited yesterday with my boyfriend to get matching jewelry and as soon as we stepped in the door we were greeted and directed seamlessly thru the whole process. I’m so sorry I don’t remember names but each lady in the store spoke to us and they were all so sweet and knowledgeable. Such a fun experience and a beautiful store. I was kind of nervous but the ladies were very inclusive and accommodating so I quickly felt comfortable and right at home. The vibes in this location are simply incredible. I WILL be back with my sisters to build a stack! Highly recommend 💗🙌🧿

I had the pleasure of visiting Nina Berenato today with my mom. I was interested in their charm bar I had seen on social media. I must say that from the time we walked in the door the experience was phenomenal! We were greeted by Jada. The best word I can think of to describe her is lovely. She introduced herself and then proceeded to walk us around and explain the products. She understood the products extremely well. She wasn’t pushy, just pleasant. We looked around a bit and I decided I was interested in their larger charms in the back. Little did I know it was a whole experience 😮. I was headed to pick charms and she stopped us. She said no, this is a whole experience and she wanted to make sure I got the whole thing. She had me first ring a beautiful little mounted bell she said the owner had sourced from Tibet I believe it was. She then mounted my chain within the tray so that I could begin picking my charms. That was such a cute and thoughtful touch. You were able to visualize how your charms would lay. I am a charm girly through and through. I’ve visited charm bars in NYC and other places and this by far was the best. I loved the charm meanings and the little cards that came with the charms so I’d remember. The atmosphere was chic, clean, quaint and welcoming. Jada actually made me feel special. She complimented me in a couple of ways. They weren’t just empty compliments either. She was totally sincere. She seemed so happy to be there. She was great at her job and I remember thinking it must be great to do what you love. I’ve visited another charm bar in Dallas for my 50th birthday last month and all I can say is I really wish I had known about this place sooner. The only two suggestions I could give would be offering a mixed metal chain as part of the charm bar experience and maybe better packaging. The packaging seemed a bit of an afterthought when compared to the quality of the merchandise. Other than that, I loved this place and I’ll definitely be back. I hope Jada’s there when I do ☺️

Love Nina's jewelry! My daughter and I were driving down to Austin to shop until we realized there was one in DFW! We've acquired quite a collection. You can find all sorts of unique gifts, card, and art. Our favorites have been the permanent bracelets. After 4+ years my bracelet still looks like new, no tarnishing. I'm up to three bracelets and hoping to get more.

This was a delightful experience I was fortunate to share with my work bestie and her 2 daughters. We are still singing praise about the exceptional service JADA provided. The store was packed and she handled things like boss. The store itself is great but the customer service was chefs kiss. Thanks Jada! 😍 …
