My family and I have been coming here since the restaurant has opened and we come probably once a month. We used to drive to sushi Soho in Irving and once we found this gem we've never looked back. Every time we come in we are seated within 5 minutes, always friendly and super accommodating to our family with young children. I assume this is a family owned restaurant and when it comes to family owned especially I feel like a lot of times people do not give grace to the hard work that goes into it. The servers are all extremely nice and attentive and every now and then I will come in and notice that they have new faces on the floor and because i have worked in the field I know how hard it is to carry the lunch and dinner rush but they do so very well. Sometimes when its really busy the wait for your food will be longer but its always worth it. I think we have pretty much tried everything on the menu. I am a die hard sashimi lover so we always order a whole bunch of that and the naturo rolls are a great option for high protein low carb. We always have a great time here. I can not express how much we love this place. The ahi tuna tower is coming in non stop at our table that sometimes i laugh at how fast my family devours them. We always end the dinner with some green tea icecream and its just such a great place to have here in arlington. Thank you Okinawa!

This place was awesome! The sushi was delicious and they have a large sushi selection. I was very impressed with their food, atmosphere, and the great service we received. Our waiter, Martin, is by far the best waiter we have ever had! He was welcoming, knowledgeble, polite, and fast. I was very impressed with his excellent service!! I will be recommending this place to all my friends.

My first visit to Okinawa was an easy 4 stars. The service was great, and they had a decent AYCE selection. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to host my birthday dinner here. I called almost two months in advance to make a reservation. I specifically asked if they could accommodate a large party of 25–30 guests, and they assured me they could. They told me we would be seated in a private party room. The day before my reservation, I called again to confirm everything. I gave them my final headcount and asked once more if we would still be seated in the private room. They reassured me that we would be in a separate area of the restaurant. Great! I was super excited to celebrate my birthday here. I arrived early so I could figure out the seating arrangements, only to find out that we were seated right in front of the entrance. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I spoke to the hostess, and she told me there was another party in the private room. I explained that I had called to confirm my reservation and was told that room was reserved for us. Her reasoning? The other party had 29 people, while mine had 28. WHAT IN THE ACTUAL…? Then, I believe the manager came over and asked what the issue was. I explained the situation, and she told me that the employee who spoke with me on the phone was new. ARE YOU SERIOUS? So you’re telling me the person I spoke to yesterday was new, and the person I spoke to two months ago was new too? How convenient. I know my group can get a little loud when we’re together, which is exactly why I requested a private area…not a table right in front of the door in the middle of the restaurant. The service was mediocre. The food was mediocre. Toward the end of the dinner, the manager offered me a gift card for the inconvenience. No thank you. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

Loved this place!!! If I lived closer I would be here regularly. $19.95 Lunch all you can eat, made to order sushi and Japanese cuisine. We went for lunch we were told we could order any of the items on the menu in black. Our waiter was great! Very attentive, gave yummy suggestions, and came to the table several times for us to order more and refill our waters. The food is sooo yummy and served in small portions so you get a chance to try many things on the menu. There is a desert buffet of tiny treats also included. Dinner is $29.95 3pm to close weekdays, all day Saturday and Sunday and holidays. There are more options for dinner on the menu.

Very interesting buffet concept. Instead of getting your food yourself, they have a server who takes your orders and brings you fresh food. More like a Brazilian steak house or, dare I say it, Poncho's. The server we had was attentive and quick to check on us when we finished each serving. The food was uniformly excellent. Cooked items or sushi, all was delicious. We'll have to go back in the evening, some items at dinner aren't available on the lower prices lunch menu.
