I had the opportunity to stop by On The Spot Jewelers in Frisco, and I’m really glad I did. It’s a small boutique jewelry store in a very convenient location, and I was greeted by some genuinely nice people as soon as I walked in. I brought in four watches that needed links removed, and he took the time to carefully resize all four—then even made a few small adjustments afterward to make sure everything fit perfectly. Each watch was priced individually, which was totally fine, and since I had four watches, he gave me a discount that I really appreciated. The final price was well under what I expected to pay. Great little store with excellent service. I’d definitely recommend stopping by in person to check it out, and I’ll absolutely be using them again in the future.

After doing a little research, I found this small boutique jeweler and had them do a resizing on my wife's diamond bracelet. Omar was obviously very experienced, got the job done same day at a very reasonable rate, and even measured the links to show me that I was getting them all back after the resizing.
