I waited more than 30 minutes to be attended to.

Every chance I get, I add a little more charms to my celestial theme moments bracelet. The ladies were very patient and helpful. She also cleaned my bracelet to look like new. I also picked out a couple of rings and earrings. Recommend? Absolutely! Located inside the mall.

Finally, I had 5-star service. This was the first time I was treated well and professionally at this store. And to my surprise, she was from Brazil, which made me feel proud because she made me feel like Pandora appreciates having me as a customer. All my previous experiences at this store were horrible. I felt judged by my appearance, maybe, and I was treated very poorly. It was different with Thaís. I had already bought more than $10,000 worth of bracelets, and I found out from her that I was not actually registered to receive discounts on future purchases. I had never received a single discount, which surprised Thaís, who was very attentive to ensuring that I had this benefit. She also offered to clean my bracelets. I thought she was just being nice since no one had ever offered this before, and she said that it was one of the procedures offered by the store. I thought it was really cool to know. At one point, she asked her manager for help to get a bracelet from the safe, and her manager didn't even look me in the eye or greet me. It reminded me of the poor service I've always received at this store. But in the end, after I made the purchase, she was kinder to me. Now I am very happy and satisfied with yet another bracelet for my collection.

Went here just once and never again. I felt being judged. Bad service ever. It was Sunday in the afternoon, I took a couple minutes to look around and asked for the collection that I wanted to buy. The salesperson barely knew about that collection. It was the worst experience ever.

Whenever I walk in I feel like I’m being judged or that I’m walking into a high school cafeteria where the mean girls are pointing and laughing. It’s the closest store to me and I feel like I’m constantly being treated like I’m a nobody or that I’m lesser than them.
