Pearl Factory - Hawaii's Original Pearl-In-The-Oyster is a jewelry store at 3377 S Las Vegas Blvd Ste 2047 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Its signature experience invites visitors to choose an oyster and discover the pearl inside, then explore jewelry settings that can showcase their find. For travelers looking for an interactive souvenir or a personal keepsake, the process offers more than browsing a display case: opening the oyster becomes part of the visit. The shop is located on the Las Vegas Strip, making it a convenient stop for visitors already spending time in the area.

Guests describe the oyster-opening experience as exciting and memorable, especially when sharing it with a partner, family member, or friends. After the pearl is revealed, customers can consider settings and jewelry such as pendants, rings, and bracelets; examples in customer accounts include a double-pearl bracelet. Staff members have been described as knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the process and guiding guests through their choices. One reviewer also appreciated hearing about how the oysters are harvested. The experience may suit someone celebrating a trip or looking for a hands-on activity with a keepsake at the end.

Pearl jewelry can be a meaningful purchase, and customer feedback suggests it is wise to take time with both the selection and the value. Some visitors say the pieces felt expensive for what they received, while others describe a satisfying visit and appreciate the guidance or deal they received. One customer reported that a pearl came loose from a ring after limited, occasional wear, so shoppers may want to ask about how a piece is made, its care instructions, and what support is available if a repair is needed. Experiences vary, and setting clear expectations before buying can help make the visit more comfortable.

The business has a 3.4-star rating from 38 reviews, reflecting a range of customer experiences rather than a uniformly positive picture. If the oyster-opening activity appeals to you, consider visiting with time to ask questions, compare settings, and decide whether the finished piece fits your budget. Pearl Factory is open Monday through Thursday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Hours can change, so checking before making a special trip is sensible. For Las Vegas visitors, it offers a distinctive pearl-focused stop combining a discovery experience with jewelry shopping.

I visited here in September and after opening our oysters, bought 2 pendants and a ring (expensive for what they were but we were on holiday and it was a treat). The ring has only been worn for special occasions and last month the pearl came off while it was being worn and has been lost. I contacted the company to see what could be done, lots of emails back and forth where they talked about their 'lifetime warranty' but would not provide any specifics about it. They needed to have the ring back to assess and be able to advise a suitable repair and only then advise if it was covered in their 'warranty'. I will say, eventually they offered to pay for the return shipping to get the ring back to them, and did offer to return it to me for free if I felt the repair price was too much, but if the repair was done I would need to pay for the return shipping ($50). After total lack of clear answers to my questions about the warranty I decided to see if there was more info online and they dont cover lost pearls. After the number of emails that have gone back and forth, you'd think this was something that they would have stated (were in double figures of emails now), their operation comes across in a very deliberately deceptive manner, which has me doubting whether the ring would have ever been returned to me if I'd refused the repair once they had the ring. Think twice before being suckered into buying anything from these guys, who knows if it'll last nd they'll certainly not be helpful if it doesnt.

The Pearl Factory in Las Vegas offers a unique and memorable experience. Selecting an oyster and discovering a beautiful pearl inside is truly exciting. The staff are knowledgeable and guide you through the entire process with enthusiasm. The selection of settings to showcase your newfound treasure is impressive, catering to various tastes and budgets. While the overall experience is delightful, the prices for some settings can be a bit high. Nevertheless, it's a fantastic activity for anyone looking to create a special keepsake. Four stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟

3 years ago I had the Pearl Factory experience in Hawaii, It was great. I hoped my daughter could have the same experience while in Vegas. I should have known better. Apparently Vegas has lower standards and the workers are not trained the same. This was 1 of 2 locations in Vegas we visited. The Asian lady we had assist us was very pushy and rushed us. Nothing was said in the way of care for the pearl.. Though she was nice it felt like sales are her thing, commission based job perhaps!? We spent about $120 for 4 oysters, a cage and a cheap chain (the quality of the chains has gone down since the last time I purchased from a Pearl Factory). Cages should come with a chain IMO. There's a new pineapple cage $75, Pearl Factory what are you smoking!? That's way too expensive for what it is, all of the cages are too expensive to be honest but that took the cake. $75 with chain AND opening a pearl... then yes. I would not return to this location because it's just not the experience it should be. Hawaii was much better.

What an experience, we were blessed with Rosina as our guide the two girls in our group through their ceremony of searching for the pearls. I am so grateful that she explains the way that they harvest the oysters and they wait until they have passed naturally, so they are not killing the oysters to simply harvest the pearls. This a great little experience if you should feel inclined to shuck an oyster.
