Great store, great people, fantastic craftsmanship. Went to 4 jewelry stores before coming here and worked with Gary to design a 10-year anniversary ring for a lab emerald cut. Brought over 2 loose stones and Gary immediately told me which is a better stone based on their looks. Other jewelers didn't bother telling me the difference. Great price on their services too. The design was sent to me via email, I had some changes and changes were made within 24 hours to exact request. Alana and Nikki were communicating with me every step of the way. The ring came out perfectly, the picture does it no justice. The fact that I can see Gary's work bench behind the glass right there in the showroom is what sold me on working with them. It's nearly impossible to find a jeweler who showcases their work bench anymore, usually it's all done off-site. Will be coming back to Gary to design an upgraded wedding band to work with the ring so it sits flush, and he mentioned he designed the ring with this in mind from the start. So thank you Gary, Alana and Nikki. The ring came out better than I was hoping.
I had Gary at Persona design and build an engagement ring and I could not have been happier with every step of the process. Gary took the time to show me several diamonds and settings until we landed on the perfect combination. His calming presence immediately took the stress out of the entire process. I could immediately tell I was in the right hands with Gary and his team. The ring was ready before I knew it, and I could not have been happier. They do STUNNING work! Most importantly, my fiancé was beyond thrilled with it! We are so happy. Gary listened carefully to our ideas for wedding bands, and again didn’t disappoint. He created two amazing rings with some very special personal touches. Perfection again! The team at persona have bent over backwards to make my wife and I happy. They are always honest. They are always ready and willing to help us. Can’t recommend Persona enough. She absolutely loves the ring, and we absolutely love Persona. We are customers for life. Thank you Persona!

Amazing experience and extremely happy with my ring! I came in with a loose sapphire and a general idea for a custom ring and Gary helped me bring it to life.
