Beef pho is one of the most frequently noted dishes in the available customer feedback. Guests describe enjoying its broth and generous portions, making it a practical choice for a filling lunch or dinner. As with any restaurant, tastes vary: one diner enjoyed the pho, while another reviewer found the food did not suit their preferences. That range of experiences offers a useful, balanced picture for people deciding where to eat. The egg rolls also stand out in customer comments. A guest describes the vegetable version as flavorful and not greasy, and mentions cucumber and pickled red onions served alongside. Fried tofu is another item named by returning customers. For something beyond pho, the feedback also mentions shrimp and vegetable rolls with butter walnut sauce. These are customer-reported favorites rather than a guarantee that every dish will suit every palate, but they provide concrete ideas for ordering.

Phở 32 Vietnamese Kitchen may suit solo diners looking for a casual meal, couples, or people sharing a few starters alongside their main dishes. Reviewers describe visits for both lunch and dinner, and one customer notes a warm welcome and pleasant service attitude. I order here a few times a month for lunch or dinner. We generally get the deep fried pork egg rolls, beef pho, and fried tofu. My husband and I love the egg rolls, always so crispy and light with the sauce. As for the beef pho, I’ve always enjoyed the broth and the portions are large. Although I do agree with other reviewers that there could be more meatballs in it, they do provide multiple slices of meat. I like the fried tofu with the sliced peppers, and I like that the sauce is on the side so it doesn’t get soggy. On occasion, I also buy the Vietnamese fried rice and that tastes super good too! I’ll continue to come here since it’s close by and the food has been consistently good.

Would not recommend. My first time at this restaurant. Ordered beef pho and egg rolls from the front cashier (no service). Food was delivered to the table. When asked about sriracha, I was referred to a central counter for hoisin and chili sauce. There was also a large bottle of sriracha on the table to the rear of the store but that was not offered to us. Egg rolls were small but good. The beef pho had virtually little to no meat in it. The meatball slices were cut 1/8-1/16th of one 1/2 of a meatball. I received two of these in my pho. In my 30+ years of having these items, this was the most disappointing restaurant and dishes. I was excited to introduce a friend to this meal and asked him if we could try it another time at a better restaurant.

This turned out to be a disappointing experience. We eat in lots of Vietnamese restaurants on the East Coast. While the portions at Pho 32 are large, it was not tasty to our tastes. The vermicelli dish with egg rolls only had 2 vegetables …
