Pho Arcadia is a pho restaurant at 2303 N 44th St Ste 3 in Phoenix, AZ, serving guests looking for Vietnamese favorites in the Arcadia area and nearby parts of the city. Its menu includes pho, rice plates, and other familiar meal options mentioned by diners, making it a place to consider for lunch, dinner, or a quick stop when a bowl of noodle soup sounds appealing. The restaurant is open daily, Monday through Sunday, from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. That consistent schedule can be useful for planning a meal during the week or on the weekend, whether you live nearby, are visiting Phoenix, or are passing through the area.

Pho is the central draw in customer accounts, with classic beef pho and chicken pho both mentioned. One guest described choosing beef pho with steak and meatballs, while another praised the chicken pho and said their daughter enjoyed the beef version. Feedback on the broth is mixed: some diners have enjoyed their bowls, while one reviewer found the broth short on depth and another considered it too salty. These different experiences suggest that taste and expectations can vary, so Pho Arcadia may be worth considering when you want a convenient local pho option, while diners who are particular about broth seasoning may want to keep the mixed feedback in mind.

There are also rice-based choices beyond noodle soup. Reviews mention a grilled pork com rice plate, as well as beef and broccoli served with rice, and vermicelli noodles with filled spring rolls. One customer called out a friendly front-counter interaction, and another appreciated the welcoming, nice service. A reviewer also mentioned complimentary iced green tea during their visit. Other feedback raises concerns about portion size, price, and consistency, including comments about dry chicken and dishes that felt expensive for what was served. If you are deciding what to order, the customer experiences point to a menu with several familiar options, but they also make clear that value and satisfaction have not been consistent for everyone.

The atmosphere has been described as bare rather than elaborately decorated, so Pho Arcadia may suit diners who care more about a straightforward meal than a highly styled dining room. Guests have visited for a quick pho craving, a meal after arriving at Phoenix Sky Harbor, or a convenient stop close to home. With a current rating of 3.6 from 56 reviews, the restaurant has received both positive comments about pho and service and critical feedback about food, portions, and pricing. That range is useful context when choosing a Phoenix, Arizona restaurant: check the menu and your preferences, then decide whether its location, daily hours, and Vietnamese comfort-food options fit the meal you have in mind.

You'll see 📸 📷 ok there no sodas drinks but they charge you if they had but if you want it for $3.89 for 1 can...mmhhhh well sadly I don't think it was worth it but this is the only way to find out (by trying) I'm hoping it'll get better

Service was nice and friendly. The menu looks like Pho 32’s. We got the classic beef pho with steak, meatballs and asked for no brisket. There wasn’t much depth to the pho broth. The inside is bare. They offered free iced green tea. Wasn’t great but would satisfy a quick pho craving in this area.

This reviewer considered 3 other eateries today @ Arcadia Crossing — Phở Arcadia won our business and a place in our hearts. Noah @ the front counter stood alert and sporting subtle skeleton dangles, and this reviewer chose the Grilled Pork Cơm rice plate, with enormous cucumber slices, pickled ? and scallions? But only after extensive scrutiny of the paper and video menus. Noah served it with a ramekin filled with the sweet drizzle we drizzle over rice. Added from the shared-condiment table was a fat bottle of hoisin plum sauce, which is clearly cleaned and refilled on a regular basis, just like the Sriracha, chopsticks, napkins etc., by the industrious staff demonstrating a dedicated work ethic. Any of you familiar with this ’hood in 2025 knows the value of a humble refuge where restrooms are “customers only”, but the sturdy wood/iron chairs and tables are nice, smooth, shiny. Día de los Muertos was fading to a close today, and plenty of mixed-demographic patrons chat cheerily as they chew the fat here. It’s already a mild overcast day at 3pm. The décor is sparse, elegant, & appealing with a “high-five” ceramic cactus as this reviewer’s favorite!

Excellent Pho. I flew into Sky Harbor and was craving Pho before driving home to Tucson. I text my daughter to find a place close to the airport. She found this place. Glad she did. The Chicken Pho was delicious 😋 My daughter had the beef, and it was just as good. If you love in the area, I highly recommend this place for your Pho cravings!! The spring rolls and peanut sauce well really good and fat too.

Paid $16.99 for a plate of rice. Don’t get the beef and broccoli. I haven’t even taken a bite I was moving my food around hoping for more beef and broccoli. Panda Express would never. The food is good but this not worth the price. Very expensive for white rice and a cup or beef and broccoli
