Everything was great except for the thin noodles. I don't feel like I'm eating pho because it's supposed to be the thick noodles not the thin noodles. I asked them and made sure that I wanted thick noodles multiple times but they still gave me the thin noodles. :(

Needing a quick tasty meal my friend and I decided on Pho Huynh Sang. The Fresh Shrimp Spring roll was indeed fresh. The beef pho we got was fine for my palate, but my daughter wanted it spicier and was able to add the heat. The atmosphere is bright and diner-like, but does not add to the dining experience.

Pho Huynh Sang is a nice, clean spot with friendly and quick service. The vegetarian noodle soup was flavorful and fresh, with a light broth that didn’t feel heavy. The rare steak pho had tender meat and a rich, comforting broth — classic and satisfying. The garlic noodles with shrimp were a standout — buttery, garlicky, and perfectly cooked shrimp. Overall, great flavors, generous portions, and a really pleasant place to eat.

Imperial spring rolls are very good and crunchy, it's my favorite! The mango/apple salad came out fresh and cold, perfect! Pho with chicken thigh got perfect flavor. Our server was Le was really helpful and kind. We had the place to ourselves on a Friday afternoon and service was fast.
