My experience here was very bad. And I hope nobody else has to deal with this type of non service. Took my necklace in yesterday just to have a charm slot added. The young lady looked at the necklace with me watched me hold it up to my neck she was talking about how good it’s going to look. Gave me the price and all . I asked when it would be ready she said later that day or today. No call so about 2:00 today I called. Placed on hold for about 15 mins then she comes back talking about stones missing. And she admitted she did not look at the necklace but she did. we talked about 10 mins which I’m sure is on camera. I tell her no stones were missing. she says no problem we can replace them no charge … The owner calls back with a crock of lies. talking about his years in stone's and setting them which means nothing. But I have been sane all my years and I know what the necklace had. I even sent a pic to him showing the stones. they were trying to do something to it and. messed it up. And they do not want to own up to it. He said my necklace never had stones. But I have pics with it on with stones. I will be reporting this place to the better business bureau. If he has so many years why don’t you inspect what you take in and get pics and ask the person to sign if they spot damage or missing stones ? she admitted she did not check the necklace after looking at it 10 mins she should have noticed something. This was wrong on every level BEWARE !!!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Plano Custom Jewelers. I accidentally dropped my mother's bracelet knocking the black onyx out of it. I needed it fixed quickly as I planned on wearing it a few days later at a wedding. Willie at PCJ welcomed me with a friendly smile and said he could fix my bracelet. I brought my bracelet in around lunch time and Willie had it ready to go and polished the same afternoon. I highly recommend PCJ for any and all of your jewelry needs!

I have now used their services twice and had an amazing experience both times! I have a solitaire ring with a hidden halo and a hidden stone inside the band (lots of little stones) that needed to be resized. They did it for $95. They promised it would be done in 2 days, but it was done in 6 hours! All the tiny stones were intact! The other project I did with them: I had an amazing experience with Justin! I wanted to set my kitten’s baby canine teeth into a 14k yellow gold ring, and he came up with the most gorgeous design for less than $2k. Very reasonably priced. I would go to them again for any jewelry needs!

I trusted Plano Custom Jewlers with my grandmother’s diamonds to create my white gold custom wedding band, and everyone who worked with my fiancé and I was incredibly kind. We are over the moon with the results! I can’t wait to wear this ring forever!

I’ve used Willy for fixing a custom ring for my daughter with her existing stone and added a few diamonds and it turned out fantastic. I also picked up a used Rolex black submariner in excellent shape and he has also sized a couple watches for me and I couldn’t be happier. All of the staff was great and I’d recommend to any and all!
