I went in today to get my grandmother's ring resized and the dent straightened out. I was greeted with warmth and assisted right away by one of the owners. She stated she could resize the band, but she didn't want to damage the precious stone in the ring and it would be an extra and unnecessary expense on my end. I went in earlier today and was quoted $350 dollars to downsize a simple size 5.5 gold ring to a size 4.5. Crazy pricing; go literally anywhere else if you’re looking for ring adjustments Response: The ring was not a size 7. And future tip, just give a quote for what the (potential) client asks for, then gently suggest any additional services you think are necessary. You only gave me one quote, and were quite pushy with the other services, so that’s what I went based off of. Thanks!

If you need anything engraved and want to use the best around, I recommend Abe’s Engraving at Plaza Fine Jewelry in Dallas above all else! I went in to get a watch engraved as an anniversary gift, and Raja was both helpful and pleasant to chat with! The watch I brought wasn’t exactly what I was looking for but I’d had limited options online. In store, she noticed I liked the other watches and proceeded to showed me a number of comparable options in-store (but only after confirming I could return the original watch for a refund)! I purchased watch 1 from her and placed an order for engraving with a few words and a date. The back of the watch is tricky, limited space, but they made it work beautifully! I’ve now returned the original watch for a full refund. Not only was she incredibly helpful, she was also incredibly understanding. I purchased the watch and left it for engraving, then had a change of heart within 30 minutes. I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to exchange it with another watch, but she completely took that worry away. She took watch 1 back with a smile and helped me to purchase watch 2, which I picked up today after engraving. I am so happy that I chose to go with Plaza Fine Jewelry and especially Raja, as she was a wonderful and kind salesperson who really made the whole process a breeze. And I must of course mention that the finished watch is beyond what I imagined - I’ve it! I think my partner will love it as well. Thank you so much for your help, kindness, and speed with getting it to me within my short time frame. I absolutely recommend this store to any and everyone in the DFW area - you will not be disappointed!

Went in to get a ring upsize and a charm reattached to a bracelet. Owner was very polite and did wonderful work! My ring looks brand new and fits great and the soder on the charm loop is very solid so I won't be worrying about it falling off again any time soon. Was about 50 total for both services (35 for the ring, 15 for the charm) which to me is a huge bargin. Will absolutely take any jewelery that needs repair in the future here and will be telling friends and family!

I came in to buy a ring and also have another one resized, and from the moment I walked in, they were warm, professional, and clearly experts at what they do.
