Sign in to reviewI had a great experience at Q Sterling. I took my ring in to get resized. Malek was very friendly and professional, and the sizing was done perfectly. My ring fits comfortably now. The service was quick, same day service, and the quality of work was excellent. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing jewelry repairs or resizing!
Fred was awesome. Looked at my ring and my hand and resized and polished my wedding ring perfectly within the hour. Really pleasant family business. I’ll be going to them the next time I have jewellery work to be dealing with.

I was just blown away by the service that Fred provided me. My wife had a custom pendant made elsewhere, and we wanted to attached a chain to it to make it a necklace. I called around to difference custom jewelers in town and the cost, time and "difficulty" was immense. When I called Q-Sterling, Fred answered and he asked me to describe what I needed. He then said we are open until 6, just come in anytime. I told him it was noon and that I was on lunch and that I would go in immediately. When I arrived, Fred looked at the project and within minutes he had a strategy and a price for me. He then asked when I would like to pick it up and I said, how long does he need? He said, "I can turn this around in a couple of hours." I was shocked. Sure enough, I came back to pick up the pendant a few hours later and it was done. It was not only done, but it was polished and looked like a professional piece of jewelry, not one that was just made and put together.....and at a super reasonable price!
