The shop is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; it is closed Sunday. Customer feedback describes a hands-on repair experience centered on Rigo, whom one reviewer credits with working to keep customers happy. One couple says they regularly bring their Mustang to the shop and have had no issues with it after service. Other reviewers offer brief positive comments, including “Good” and “Excellent,” while another calls the experience “the best” and praises Rigo for resolving problems at a good price. Taken together, these comments point to customers who appreciate direct service and value. The reviews are personal experiences, not a guarantee of a particular repair outcome, so it is sensible to explain your concerns and ask what work is recommended before authorizing service.

The feedback is not entirely uniform. A customer who returned more than once reports that the original problem was addressed but that a different issue appeared afterward, and describes the mechanic as unreliable. That account is important context for anyone comparing auto machine shops in Phoenix. Before work begins, you can ask which symptoms the diagnosis covers, what repairs are proposed, and whether you will be contacted if additional issues are found. Clear communication about scope and cost can make it easier to decide how to proceed. The business has a 4.4-star rating based on 8 reviews, a useful snapshot of customer feedback, though the small number of reviews means individual experiences may differ.

R & O autorepair may suit Phoenix drivers seeking an independent local shop and customers who value the personal attention mentioned in several reviews. One especially specific example is the couple’s Mustang, but the available information does not identify other makes, specialized services, or particular machine-shop capabilities; contact the business to confirm it can handle your vehicle and repair needs. The address is easy to use when planning a visit: 5331 N 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85017. Whether you are arranging routine attention or asking about a mechanical concern, describe the issue clearly and discuss the proposed work, timing, and price directly with the shop.

For local searches such as “auto machine shop in Phoenix, AZ” or “mechanic near N 27th Avenue,” R & O autorepair is a neighborhood option with posted weekday and Saturday hours and a mix of customer perspectives. Its strongest positive signals in the supplied feedback are repeat visits from one Mustang-owning couple, praise for Rigo’s customer service, and comments about price and problem-solving. The critical review also underscores why it is helpful to confirm what a repair includes and to follow up if a concern remains. Visit Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., or Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.; the shop is closed Sunday. Calling ahead is a sensible way to check availability and discuss the work before making the trip.
