Customer feedback describes foot massage as a central experience at Relax Foot Spa. One reviewer reported a 30-minute foot massage and chose hot stones as an add-on; that visit was reported at $38 for the massage plus $8 for the add-on. This is an individual review, not a guarantee of current prices or available options. Reviews also describe a range of pressure, from very deep massage to a lighter touch. Because preferences differ, guests who have a specific comfort level may want to communicate clearly with their therapist before and during the session.

The atmosphere is described by one customer as simple and practical rather than like a high-end spa, while other feedback calls the experience relaxing. Guests looking for an unpretentious setting and a focused foot massage may find that style suits them. Reviews are mixed, and some customers were pleased with the pressure and value while others felt the massage was too light or reported concerns about their visit. The business has a 3.7-star rating from 55 reviews, offering prospective guests useful context alongside their own expectations. As with any appointment, confirm the service, duration, any add-ons, and total charge before payment.

For anyone comparing massage therapists in Phoenix, Relax Foot Spa is an option at the Colonnade on E Camelback Road. Its reported foot massage and hot-stone add-on give visitors a starting point when asking about services, while the daily schedule makes it possible to plan a weekday or weekend visit. If pressure matters to you, state whether you prefer lighter or firmer work and speak up if you want an adjustment. For a smooth visit, clarify the price and tip amount before authorizing payment, and request a receipt so you can review the charge. This practical approach can help you decide whether Relax Foot Spa fits your needs.

I just left from this location, where I got a 30 minute foot massage, for $38. I added on the hot stones for $8 so $46. When I handed him my card I said $15 for the tip. He charged me $27 for the tip, and I wasn’t given my receipt. It wasn’t until I’m at home looking at charges that I see this bank statement. I’m furious. The massage was no where good enough to be $73

Just had my first experience at foot and spa. I have been to other places and I’m always asking them to go harder. This is the first time I considered asking them to go a little softer. I definitely recommend.

Should have read the review before I head over. This massage is a "lightly touch" massage. Remind the gentleman multiple times that he needs to press harder as he just lightly touching my feet , it is a waste of my time. Stay away 🤬 …

STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!!! I used to love this place! I come in about once a week since beginning of June. I've never had a bad massage, they've never cut even a few minutes off, it's super relaxing, great atmosphere, everything about it is great. (The reason I'm giving my review 3 instead of 0). Until yesterday (9/29). When I went to pay, I wrote $10 for the tip. The tall dark haired man lurking over me pointed and said "only 10?" I said "yes." Then I wrote the total ($55 massage and $10 tip = $65), he pointed at it and said "no, no $85" I said "no?" He said "yes, add means 85." I said "55 + 10 is 65" he shook his head and said again "85", as if to pressure me to tip him and/or pay more. I am livid and will never be back to this location. In hindsight I should have crossed off the $10 tip and given him nothing, but so be it. Be leary this man is greedy, manipulative, and rude!! I am disappointed I won't be going back, but that is awful business. Update: I just checked my bank statment and he actually ran my card for the $85!! Of course no one in this establishment speaks enough English to understand or fix the problem!

Very deep massages and not for the person looking for the light touch. But I love it and the price is very reasonable. The facility is Spartan and not like the high end, incense burning spa with New Age music in the background. It is what it is. A place to get a good affordable deep massage to loosen muscles and feel better. I go frequently and enjoy the session. English isn’t a strong suit but they have signage at check in where you can point to the level of massage you prefer. I usually do a 60 or 90 minute. Well worth it.
