Experiences differ, so visitors may want to consider both the dishes they are interested in and their expectations for portion size and price.
Pho is one of the clearest reasons to visit. Customers describe the broth as flavorful and praise the quality of the ingredients, with one diner enjoying pho tai with extra steak. Buddha spring rolls are another noted order; a reviewer liked the fresh combination and especially enjoyed the peanut sauce, suggesting that asking for extra may be worthwhile if that is your preference. The menu also includes options beyond pho, including garlic noodles and wings, both of which received positive comments. Some diners have mixed feelings about the Firecracker shrimp, so it may be best to choose it based on your own taste rather than on expectations built by the name.
The setting has been described as intimate, with a wide menu and several healthy options. That combination can suit a casual meal when your group wants variety, including choices for guests looking for something lighter alongside more indulgent plates. One reviewer also appreciated the beer selection. Customer accounts point to attentive service as another possible part of the experience: a guest specifically praised a staff member for taking time to help accommodate a request that was not clearly listed on the menu. Service can vary from visit to visit, but that feedback gives prospective diners a useful sense of the hospitality some customers have encountered.
Price and portions are worth keeping in mind when planning a visit. Some reviewers felt that particular bowls were smaller than expected and expensive for their size, while another found the pho worthwhile for the ingredients and overall meal. A customer also mentioned a half-price Sunday offer, but promotions and current details can change, so it is sensible to confirm before relying on a special. Hours are not available in the provided listing. For diners in Phoenix seeking Vietnamese food in an intimate setting, Rice Paper | Vietnamese Restaurant offers pho, spring rolls, and a broader menu; checking current hours and asking about portion sizes or specials can help you choose the meal that fits your plans.

Bowl were 20% smaller than what you would expect from the average pho restaurant. The water glass had tons of floater in it and couldn't get my kid a clean glass. Also 20$ bowls would absolutely not be worth it were it not for 1\2 price Sundays. Sad to say I was not impressed and won't be planning to return.
Food is good, but pricey for the portions. The wings were good, garlic noodles are good too. The Firecracker shrimp are pretty over hyped. The flavor is in the dip and is like mall food.
The food was amazing, and the staff was great, especially Ken. He's awesome. He took the time to help us out and made sure we got exactly what we wanted, even though it wasn't really on the menu. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to have a good experience. Definitely one of the reasons I recommend this place.
Underrated and often overlooked. Intimate setting with a wide menu, offering numerous healthy options. I was pleased with their beer selection as well.
Pho tai with extra steak, Buddha spring rolls. The broth is flavorful, the ingredients are great quality & they gave me cucumber water which was very refreshing. Next time I'll ask for extra peanut sauce, it was delicious. ~$33 is really good for what I got, best pho I've had in a while. I'll definitely be coming back, bone broth it's great after bloodwork (like today) & when I'm sick & need a pick me up. Now I have my pho place :)
