10/10. The whole experience from looking online at the website and finding the items I wanted, to going in store to pick them up and purchasing them. On of the worked here, Mary, has been amazing to helping me find my ring size to finding my dad a watch for Christmas. It was a great day coming to Kay’s.
Had a great experience all thanks to Mary and Alejandro! They did a great job at helping me find exactly what I needed. When I came back to the store to make a return and exchange, they helped me once again and gave so much feedback on what looked best on me! They also were very kind and patient when I was indecisive. Bianca was so kind and welcoming during my visit! I just popped in to take advantage of their free jewelry inspection and cleaning, but I ended up falling in love with a pair of 14k gold hoops! I’ll definitely be back soonn
