The moving team arrived right on schedule and handled everything professionally. They packed everything carefully, and all items reached the destination safely without any damage. Overall, it was a smooth and excellent experience.

Had a great and successful move with Run Run! Great communication from the initial scheduling of the move to accommodating multiple drop offs. During the move itself, provided a great seamless transition and delivered all our items in a speedy and safe amount of time given how many belongings we had and wrapped our belongings diligently with blankets and plastic wrap! Friendly service and had a great attitude throughout the move! Highly recommend!

I will never work with this company again! I scheduled a full-house furniture removal starting at 8:30 a.m. When I saw the workers packing items, I clearly told them that packing was not necessary. I specifically instructed them which pieces needed to be disassembled and mentioned that only a few items — such as the mattress — required wrapping. However, no one listened to me. They ignored my instructions and continued doing whatever they wanted without any communication. They did not actually begin moving the furniture until around 2:30 or even 3:00 p.m. A total of five movers arrived, but only one was young. The other four appeared to be over 60 years old. They moved extremely slowly and were physically unable to handle heavy items properly. The charge was $150 per hour for one truck with three movers. At my request, they added two more workers and sent a second truck, charging $110 per hour for the additional truck. The job dragged on for approximately 15 hours in total. Throughout the entire process, they kept insisting that more workers and more trucks were needed. This clearly felt like a deliberate tactic to prolong the job and inflate the bill. What is even more unacceptable is that from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., they loaded less than one-tenth of a truck. The packing materials alone cost $1,550, which is outrageous. In the end, the total charge came to $7,579 — an astronomical and unreasonable amount. I am extremely angry and deeply disappointed with this experience

I had a great experience with Run Run Moving! The company was very responsive and flexible in the coordination process. The two movers named Wu were super diligent and efficient. They had all the right equipment for wrapping tape, mats, trolleys to ensure that my furniture and boxes were protected. And they have a huge truck with an elevator platform, so only one trip was needed. They also helped me take apart and put together my bed with their tools. I had a couch that was super difficult to be moved out, and the movers persevered for 5-6 tries until they were able to. Can't recommend them enough! 感谢人人搬家和五兄弟！他们办事非常快，也非常尽力。所有的物品都保护的很好。
