I’ve been coming to S&L For many years, the customer service is always up to par. The people that work. There are very nice. I always feel like I got a really good deal and I was always happy with my purchase. Thank you guys for always giving great service. You have a customer for life I have been shopping with S&L over 17 years and I will not be stopping anytime soon thanks Aaron & Maralyss I’m sure I’m spelling that wrong but both really sweet people .

Andy was amazing and helped me immediately find the perfect gifts for my husband. I was stressed and overwhelmed, but he guided me and helped me choose some beautiful pieces. I came in near the end of the night—about 30 minutes before closing—so the transaction happened pretty quickly. Since I was still a little confused about how the credit charge worked, I came back the next day with my husband to better understand everything. Andy had no problem walking us through the basics of how I was charged, which was a huge relief because the night before I was worried I might’ve done something wrong. I’m genuinely thankful for Andy’s help—and he gained another customer too (my husband!). Sales can be confusing, especially when you’re trying to make the right choice under time pressure. If you have questions, ask. Certain designs can come with higher price tags, and each piece may be priced differently depending on the details. I have had jewelry repaired once before here and they did a fantastic job. I had another piece that needed repair and again, it looks brand new again!

Very very good respectful people and very great atmosphere with the employer that was very patient and humble. Gave me advice and worked out some of the pieces that I wanted to extend my bangle and did the financing for me which was super super awesome. I appreciate the help they gave overall and will do more business, next will be some earrings 🤩. Thank you for all the help and time.
