One of the best jewelry in town I trust them a lot. I buy always here, fair price.
I had gotten my ring from another jeweler and I had it made a size too big mistakenly. It did come from over seas so it was going to be a whole to do to get insurance and send it back to have them resize it. So I started asking around to other jewelers in the Denver area and Sai Jewelers was the only one who agreed to resize it for me. They did such an amazing job! I’m so beyond happy, it looks incredible, you’d never guess the ring had any work done on it and it’s glowing! They saved me from wearing spiral spacers for the rest of my life on my engagement ring!
Such great people!!!! They listened to exactly what I wanted and helped me create the perfect upgraded ring!
Sai and his family were super helpful and very personable. They carry high end and high carat gold jewelry which you probably won’t find at any the commercial jewelry chains. Would highly recommend this business for any gold and jewelry purchase.
Buyers Beware. I went into Sai Jewelers looking for I diamond bracelet. The salesman claiming to be the owner offers to reduce price if I purchase it on the spot. I said I had to check with my husband which he said is fine. He took a copy of my drivers license and put through the charge on my husband card without my husband present. Just sign it. I said I was going to get an appraisal he said he can write me an appraisal. He gives me something that appears to be an appraisal does not sign it an under appraisal he puts diamond ring. I take it home 1.3 mikes away and my husband says it”s a piece of junk. I go back within the hour and was told no refunds. He said his machine does not allow it. He never indicated no refunds or exchanges. And said it is on the wall. The side wall out of customers view. I asked him to sign his appraisal and the invoice where he wrote no charge to modify bracelet. He refused and would not give his name. He tore up the appraisal and told me to get out or he will call police. Does this sound like a legitimate business. If you are a owner why not give your name. I will pursue legal action as I am certain now this was a scam. It will not appraise at the $4000 I paid. He kept saying he has been in business 30 years but has not mastered customer service, I went to another jeweler to have it appraised. It appraised at $1200.00 not $4000.00 I paid.
