Sign in to reviewWalked in employee at register didn't acknowledge me at all. I spoke to her. Didn't ask how could she help? If I was looking for anything, didn't move at all from the register. And there were no other customers in the store. Beyond poor customer service
Rebecca was AMAZING! She made me feel welcome. I shared with her that I was wanting to go back dark & she not only showed me the best & that she recommends, she shared the steps & why she recommended them. Gave me options & asked questions. She provided the best customer service I’ve ever received! She knew was she was talking about, didn’t skip a beat. Truly a gem for this location!
the emo cashier with the septum piercing i didn’t catch her name but she is extremely rude and looks like she hates her job why work if your gonna have a degrading and condescending attitude? i asked a simple question “hi should i get 20 or level 10 developer?” she looked at me like i was a idiot and rudely said “20…” then i went up again and said sorry to both but this is my first time toning my hair what shade do you recommend and she then pointed at my to this qr code telling me to talk to a ONLINE BOT to ask what color it recommends for my hair… why not help me?? you’re working there for a reason and it takes two seconds. i look back and she’s on her phone… i am very angry since i had to leave and drive 20 min to another store to get the help i couldn’t get here. mind you i was respectful while asking these questions DONT GO HERE
Bad customer service.!!I followed their product recommendation, but it didn’t work. When I tried to return or exchange it, the manager was rude and unprofessional. They didn’t seem trained or knowledgeable. Very disappointing experience.feel like not welcome with bad attitude!!
