Sign in to reviewYeah, I don't know about this place anymore. Weird behaviour. I stopped going to Target and started buying hair products here. On my last visit, I know i was being watched. There was a young girl, maybe 18-20 years old, who looked uncomfortable as soon as she saw me. 6'4 280lbs long locs (hints) As I was looking at the oil, another girl came from the back, on her phone, talking to someone, standing there the entire time. Not swapping out any products, not fixing anything on the shelves, just on the phone, obviously watching me. For sure, as if I was gonna steal some 9.99-14.99 hair oil 💀💀. So they've lost me as a customer.

Im disappointed in this Sally’s. This is my to go spot for whenever i need to buy products however i fear that they are starting to discriminate me when I visit. I was shopping with my sister last weekend and I felt that they were behaving odd & staring at me, yesterday evening I went to go buy nail products and they were giving me such an odd look. I feel uncomfortable by this behavior from the staff. It’s absolutely ridiculous .
The girls here are soo nice! The last three types of hair dye I’ve tried have burned my scalp. So I asked the girls where what they recommend. One of them said to try Argan Oil. I did and it doesn’t burn my head!! The first time, I tried 5N. It was too light. I like 4N. It’s a good color for dark brown. It does fade quickly but at least it doesn’t make my scalp and head burn and itch for days. I’m sticking with it. Thanks for your help!
SERA is a super cool young lady. She’s smart and had a broad idea of what color that would work based on the change I wanted that was just an idea. This you’ve lady is super smart And kind, listened to my hair color issues right now. She helped me find a resolution, showing me ideal brands of tints I could use for my dry hair and some greys showing on the crown. She looks super fun to, has colorful hair and hip accessories which I think is so cool and artistic, who else would be the best to represent this place but someone like her. Thank you for an easy transaction and the fun I had being helped by you, SERA. I wish that she gets acknowledged, such a cool, hardworking, and smart young girl, it’s quite a delight!
