Went to this location on yesterday. There were several items throughout the store that had reduced price stickers on them. I wanted all 4 of them. When I got to the register to check out, they were ringing up regular price. I was only allowed to purchase two of them, after the sales associate called the manager on the phone. As a customer, I didn’t agree with them keeping the other two. I didn’t tag the items. The sales associates were GREAT. I just didn’t like the outcome of the situation. Do better Sally Beauty.

07/09/2020 Came here as instructed by my hairstylist friend (who's in quarantine) to buy a particular developer for my DIY color treatment. While the exact developer brand ran out, the manager and counter staff were very helpful in recommending a different generic brand. Store was not fully stocked due to pandemic but will get a shipment soon per manager. Besides hair, makeup and nail products, they now sell face masks to slow the spread of the pandemic.

I’ve been a loyal Sally’s customer for years, and today I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in-store. I was just making a $21 purchase when the cashier noticed that I had two $5 certificates and a coupon for a free product. Thanks to her, I ended up paying only $12—and I had no idea these rewards existed! What really stood out was her thoughtfulness and care. She didn’t have to point this out, but she did, making me feel truly valued as a customer. That kind of attention and kindness doesn’t go unnoticed—she’s a shining example of excellent customer service and a real asset to Sally’s. Thank you for making my day!

I went to pick up my hair product and I ask for the other guy that works there and the other lady boy said we are all women here like I respect your believe but that doesn’t mean I have to believe your belief I find it disrespectful for a man to tell me what his not as a woman 🤦🏻‍♀️ …

Amazing customer service. Felt very well taken care of as soon as my sister and i walked through the door. I didn’t get the name but she knows who she is, shoutout to her!
