Sandra is super knowledgeable and awesome! She greeted and let me know about all the deals! Then made sure i had everything i needed, did all the math for the developer and went over all the steps.
Pure fabulousness! I just had the BEST customer service at this Sally’s Beauty Supply! Sandra was a jewel. As soon as I entered the building, she greeted me as if I were a family member… and promptly asked how she can help me. She made my experience so positive and quick! If not for her, I would have been struggling to get my list checked off. I wish all establishments were as great as this one ❤️ I will be coming back!
My daughter and I went to this location this past Saturday at around 1:50 PM. I wish I'd gotten their names, but I didn't. The two women who helped us were so kind. We were trying to get product to dye my daughter's hair but had no idea what we were doing. They walked us to each section of the store, helped us pick a color suited for her natural hair, and showed me everything I'd need to make it happen. While checking out, one of them told me how to get hair dye tips online. We didn't end up needing the service, but I think she said they can connect you with hair experts if you get stuck on something during the process. It was a 10/10 experience.

It’s alright. Hard to navigate through the store if you are disabled, and staff follows you constantly if you do not look like a typical white able bodied person. I am HoH and they were verbally respectful of that, but I felt them breathing …
