As a hairstylist, I stopped in looking for an apron to wear over my clothes. I asked if I could quickly try it on to make sure the fit was right since sizing can vary, and I was told no. I completely understand store policies, but the interaction felt dismissive and came across a bit rude. What confused me is that this was an apron worn over clothing, not a personal item, and there were already opened aprons and capes on display. A little kindness and professionalism would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression.

I had such a great experience at this Sally Beauty location thanks to two amazing employees—Rebecca, the store manager, and Max, the part-time associate. Rebecca is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping customers find exactly what they need. She goes above and beyond, keeps the store organized, and creates such a welcoming environment. You can tell she takes pride in her work and in making sure customers leave happy. Max was also wonderful—patient, friendly, and very attentive. He took the time to answer questions, offer suggestions, and made the whole interaction so easy and comfortable. His positive attitude and willingness to help really stood out. I just wish the awful Christmas music wasn’t playing, but other than that it was very pleasant! Together, they made my visit smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. This is definitely my go-to Sally Beauty now. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for Rebecca or Max!
