i came into this Sally Beauty a few weeks ago looking for advice on hair dye. The employee who first helped me was so sweet, patient, and really took her time trying to figure out what would work best for me. She wasn’t 100% sure about one of the products, so she did exactly what she was supposed to do and grabbed the manager for a second opinion. I actually appreciated that because I’d much rather someone double-check than just guess. The manager, on the other hand, was honestly so passive-aggressive. like she made me feel like I was doing too much just by asking a few questions. She was super blunt, barely explained anything, and the whole interaction felt rushed. It lowkey felt like she just wanted me to grab something and leave instead of making sure I was getting the right products. i trusted her recommendation because she’s the manager yk? Biggest mistake. My hair ended up coming out super patchy, and I had to spend even more time and money trying to fix it smh. i definitely will give credit to the employee because she genuinely tried her best and was so kind throughout the whole interaction. I just wish the manager had put half the effort into helping me. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location lol

Came to this Sally’s on a rush for some hair dye for a special occasion that i am going to and the door said that they were on break. Why have an establishment where you have not enough employees to the point where the whole store has to be closed during rush hour for a break? We took notice of this around 4:42 and a bunch of other expected customers were also waiting and left because of the sign. This is highly unprofessional and if you have an establishment where the whole store has to be closed down because of a ‘break’ then maybe you should not have this establishment open or hire more employees. A break is legally allowed when working at a job but it gets to a point. Utterly ridiculous and such an inconvenience. If you need employees, post on indeed. DO BETTER! Currently typing this while we see an employee in an office just sitting down.

Chelsea is an absolute doll! She saved the day when I needed to exchange hair dye. This is my favorite location, the staff is helpful every visit.

Customer service is ok but the store seems to intentionally recommend people of color to go to the “Fry” store because they don’t carry hair products or even hair wraps for people of color

Very bad manager there his attitude really role !i brought this one hair over there and when they sell to me never told me I can’t return ! And I took this one to return he just very mean told me we can return I m not going to do it I asked them why don’t you tell me the day when I brought it ! He was like ok there is the customer service number you can go complain about me anytime ! (Witch you can imagine they don’t really care about it )!!!I went to other one in other locations brought other one match my hair color but they offer me options that I also can buy hair color to change the color myself but I choose buy new one,when they sold to me they just ask me you sure want this cause this is finally sale ! More nice and friendly ! He could just be nice and tell me I m sorry if anything I can help you I will but we are not allowed to do it ! Would you like to look at other one match your haircolor or you can buy hair color go home change color yourself! Poor management
