Workers lack basic customer service skills. I visited the store on the morning of 6/20. there were two workers and only a single customer at the time I entered. No one acknowledged me at all until I had made it nearly to the back of the store. Upon exiting, as they didn’t have the product I desired, one worker was at the front counter and again no acknowledgement. She didn’t ask if I needed help with anything or even to thank me for visiting the store. Saying hello and goodbye are the bare minimum and so so simple. I will never return.

The girls in the store are friendly, I can’t say the same about the two managers I’ve seen, not friendly at all, not even a greeting. On 3 occasions I arrived at the store and they didn’t have electricity, so you had to pay in cash, the system obviously didn’t register the purchase and I lost my reward points. They should update this type of situation online or simply close the store to avoid inconvenience. As for Sally in general, they have excellent products but unfortunately their system and the app work terribly bad. They do not update any information, inventory appears that is not really available when you arrive at the store. The Reward system is a scam, the purchase history does not appear (online and in the App) and do not credit the points. I have talked to customer services about it, supposedly they fix it, they confirm me by email and anyway I never receive the points. However, I checked in the store, they show my purchase record but not my reward points.

This particular Sally Beauty didn't carry some products that I normally purchase from other Sally Beauty stores. This particular store didn't carry "Club man" after shave. Made by "Pinaud". Also "Pink" oil sheen.

I decided to color my hair a couple weeks ago so I headed to my local Sally’s. I was quickly assisted by Arizona and she thoroughly helped me find all of the products I needed and helped me with the color formulas. Even after I ran into some issues ( my roots lifted way lighter) I went back to the store for guidance and Arizona helped me with color corrections all while she wasn’t even on the clock that day. I greatly appreciated the friendliness and eagerness to help me as this was my first at home color. I would recommend this store location 10/10!

I use the rewards program. I buy Silicon Mix. It has basically the same ingredients as the expensive stuff they try to sell you at salons. Some girls use it on their wigs. I use it as a deep conditioner. Idk the history or if it is good for the environment but it works. I have very fine, flat Caucasian hair.
