Very unprofessional experience. The employee was on her phone with headphones in, loudly talking and laughing while customers waited for help. When I politely asked for assistance, she responded with an attitude and rude facial expressions as if it was an inconvenience. I also didn’t know Sally Beauty’s new dress code was “club attire.” Overall, very disappointing visit and poor customer service customers beware.
I am writing to report unprofessional conduct by the manager, Tynthia, during my visit yesterday. When assistance was needed, she was standing in the corner of the store near the semipermanent hair dye section with an earbud in, talking on the phone, instead of helping customers. Rather than assisting directly, she sent another associate to help in a rude and dismissive tone. Her interactions with employees appeared inappropriate for a managerial role and created an uncomfortable work environment. This behavior negatively impacts both customer experience and employee morale and should be reviewed by corporate leadership.
The lady up front doesn’t care about costumer services. She was on her phone the whole time with her headphones on while we were staring waiting for someone to help us out. Not coming here again. They hire anyone here!!!
The young lady (2-26-25 at about 3:30pm) short with brown curly hair with a large butterfly ear ring in her nose, Whom was working at the register was EXTREMELY RUDE. She was not welcoming and her tone my entire visit was very dry and nonchalant. I asked her a question about a product and her very dry & lack Lustre response was "I don't know". Didn't bother to ask anyone or look up the product or anything. Secondly, instead of waiting until I returned to the register to ask for my phone number, She rudely yelled for it while I was in another isle. I guess I was either supposed to yell it back at her or hurry up to the register. 3. She messed up in what she was trying to convey to me. I corrected her, asked a question and she responded. "Yea, that's what I said." Ummm NO, IT IS NOT! At that point the manger finally stepped in and repeated back to me what I said. I wrote all this to say, in these financial times, spend your hard earned money at an establishment who values you as a customer. The manger *short african american woman,) didn't seem to hv a problem with her rude disposition because she was equally as dry and rude.
