Pushy employee kept offering products and overwhelmed me with options, and only partially listened to my needs. Very knowledgeable, but talked more than I could take in. Product pushing disguised as helpfulness. Got home and tried new products, and got a migraine from strong fragrances. I had specifically mentioned I prefer cleaner options without strong smells. Went back to return 3 of the 6 items I bought and was told I cannot return them because I used them (once). I had the receipt and went back 48 hours after original purchase. Receipt does not state this. Only 30 days with receipt. Won’t go back to this location.
Over priced and the lady with glasses has always been pushy, over talks you and one time told my children (who were quietly walking next to me) to sit up front they ARENT ALLOWED in the store at ALL! I will drive to Denton to give them my business they are always kind, patient and helpful.
She over charges for products and doesn’t tell you. She charged me $19.21 for each product and the price on the isle tags were $17.03. She also didn’t tell me the grand total and just charged my card without telling me a total, when I asked what happened she said that the whole store had gone up. 100% BS and do not recommend.
I have been going to this location for a few months. I was pleasantly surprised to come across Rachel who helped me with selecting products. She was very knowledgeable and was not a product pusher. Such a refreshing change.
