Sam's Nail Supply

I ordered super white/black gel polish, however they shipped out just regular white/black gel. Contacted them, but no response!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. Before making the drive, I checked the store hours online and saw that they close at 7:00 PM, so I decided to make the 45-minute drive to shop there. I arrived at 6:43 PM and noticed the OPEN sign was still on and the posted business hours clearly say 9 AM – 7 PM. However, when I pulled on the door, it was locked. There was a woman standing at the front who simply stared at us without saying anything. After knocking several times, a man came out and very rudely shooed us away without offering any explanation. The entire interaction felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. If the store is going to close early, the OPEN sign should be turned off and the hours should be updated. Customers shouldn’t be treated rudely after making the effort to drive 45 minutes based on the hours that the business itself has posted. Very disappointing experience. Seems like alot of people have bad experiences with customer service here.

This store is a hot mess. Such a huge store and they have no variety of anything besides polish. The only thing keeping it in business is they carry a decent selection of name brand products (gel polish). Everything else is over priced and low in stock. The employees are very unfriendly and not helpful at all. There are way too many nail supply stores in Houston to be treated poorly while spending your hard earned money.

horrible customer service everyone at the store is so rude. No one even greets you when you walk in and they lied on their promotion on a sign that says all of sky product is buy one get one free but it’s only for the powders and they wouldn’t discount my nail polishes maybe you guys should clarify that on the signs I probably won’t be going back here because they’re so rude every time I come in no one ever greets you. They just act like you don’t exist unless you ask for help or walk up to the register horrible, horrible horrible I only keep coming back because they have Kiara sky But they will be removed from my list of places to shop

Absolutely the place to go it you own a nail salon or massage business. They have everything you you need at really good prices to keep your business going! Just be sure to check their hours of operation before you head that way!
