Alejandro and his staff are very welcoming and make sure you are comfortable from the moment you walk in. They always ask if you want water, coffee tea etc. The wait is never long before you are escorted down into the massage area. The massage space is softly lit, and meditative music plays throughout the massage. You are given space and time to undress and get onto the table. Before your massage starts, Alejandro checks in with you, asks if you are ready and ask if there is anything in particular that is causing you problems or pain. If you do have problem areas he will give particular attention to whatever you mention. He has warm hands healing hands—he is an excellent massage therapist; he also uses hot rocks, does cupping, etc. I highly recommend Sandalo Spa to anyone who is even remotely thinking about getting a massage for the first time, or for the 100th time.

My wife and I had a couples massage and it was OUTSTANDING!! We were late due to traffic and parking. They were so kind and understanding. This will now be the go to massage establishment whenever we find ourselves in Boston again.

Very bad service. I booked an appointment at 4pm and as I had time for my flight I was trying to get extra services. But my 4 pm was booked. Then I got in a cab to go there and they told me that the cancelled the appointment because the therapist thought something different. Very unprofessional

The staff was warm and welcoming, Alejandra and Alejandro made sure we were comfortable and understood the process before starting. They were highly skilled, adjusting the pressure to our preferences and ensuring we were completely relaxed throughout the session. The attention to detail was exceptional, from the heated massage tables to the use of aromatic oils that enhanced the experience. We had to reschedule a week ago and their costumer service was great!
